Austin, Wharton, Archer

The Austin, Wharton, Archer Flag is associated with early Texian leadership during the opening phase of the Texas Revolution in 1835. Named after Stephen F. Austin, William H. Wharton, and Branch T. Archer, it reflected organized resistance against Mexican central authority. This flag represents the transition from political protest to coordinated action. It marks one of the earliest efforts to unify Texian leadership under a common cause.
